At the Dr. Juchheim nutrition program, I am talking about a change in diet. The diet is switched to a special protein-rich diet for a period of 4 weeks.
The nutrition program is described in detail in the flyer and is easy to carry out.
In order to supply the body with vitamins, minerals, trace elements and plant substances during the change in diet, 7 additional food supplements are recommended. The ingredients of these dietary supplements can be found in the respective products in the shop.
There is no officially recognized proof of a detoxification effect of the dietary supplements in the set.
